We have architectural drawings but no material and furniture specs. Can you still deliver renders based on just  floor plans?

Accepted Answer

We certainly can. In that case You'll provide us with examples of the style and environment you're looking for and we'll choose furniture, materials, lighting etc. accordingly.

Question 2

We're in the early stages of development and have no architectural drawings. Can you still create a render?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You'll provide us with whatever you have (e.g. sketches, land survey, etc.) and we'll brainstorm together until we turn your ideas into a beautiful render.

Question 3

We have an existing building and we want a render to showcase its potential after restoration. Is that something you do?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You just provide us with images of the building and the details of the alterations and we'll delver. See example bellow:

Question 4

Can you provide us with a spec book of the materials, lighting, furniture etc. used in the render?

Accepted Answer

No. Our designs are limited to the scope of visualizations and we do not provide specs for any materials, furniture, lighting used in renders.

Question 5

Will you come down to take measurements of an interior space we'd like to get renders of?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We will come down and take measurements anywhere within the Tri-State area.
